Hey buddy,in the androids folder theres one called androids,with several different androids there. Id love to see the black one on its own,id def donate something for that.

I have a question about BetterCut. Is that a home replacement app, or is it just a utility for making it's own custom shortcuts?

It's a utility to change icons. I don't think you can use it to create icons. Just use it to replace current icons to sometime else.
