Google Talk Chat Badge

I have a google talk chat bade on my website. Before N1, people could click on the badge and I would be alerted in my Gmail Gtalk buddy list and start chatting away. If I was away from my PC, I would never know if someone wanted to chat.

Now that I have N1 with pre-installed Gtalk, I get the alert that someone wants to chat with me. Except when I click the notification the whole phone freezes until I have to take the battery out. (Don't know how to soft reset... anyone?)

The phone never freezes on anything else...

Is anyone else having this issue? Or know what's going on? Or how to fix?

Can you run the app by using the icon?

K... this is new... I haven't done anything but taken the battery out. But now clicking on the notification AND going directly to the gtalk icon take me to "Accept the Chat Invitation" screen. Once I click accept on the N1 it takes me the keyboard and prompt to type, on the PC chat screen it says I have join the chat room and then immediately it says I have left the room.

Now what?

i have the same problem, with my htc hero 1.5 rom it runs correctly but with nexus one or htc hero 2.1 i can't connect.

Somebody have a solution?
