New Micro SD cant do apps2SD
I got a new micro SD card, its 16GB Sandisk micro SDHC 2, a higher capacity version of one that comes with phone, i tried jus putting it in but my phone didn't get past the second boot screen.. jus stopped there.. when i formatted it on the comp using guiformat then it lets me boot up my phone with it in fine and works, however my phone is rooted n i use apps2SD because have so many apps.. but when i partition the card to have an ext2 or ext3 section it goes bak to stopping on the second boot screen? any solution?

Repartition and format them to FAT32.
