Hi all. I couldn't find this discussed anywhere else. Since the froyo upgrade (I'm on FRF91), I am unable to move any shortcuts or folders on the home screens.
I can long-press and drag the icon, but after I drop it on the new location, it will either snap back to the original location or it will disappear as if I had dropped it on the trash can. Obviously, I'm able to work around it by deleting the shortcut and re-adding it in the new location, but its a bit annoying. Anyone else seen this and anyone know of a real solution? |

I've had that issue as well. You might try going into the "Running" applications and force stopping the "launcher" app. It worked for me.
DON'T delete the data, unless you want to rebuild all your home screens from scratch. Guess how I know this. Edit: When you kill the application and go back to your home screen, it will take a couple seconds to relaunch launcher again.

That seems to have worked!
(Which is sort of funny, because rebooting the phone hadn't worked.) Thanks! |
