Cool Home Button on FRF91

Hello everyone! Long time reader, first time posting.

A few (very happy) months of ownership of my Nexus One!
I finally ran into my first error after updating to FRF91 OTA.

This is the first time I've allowed my phone to drain the battery to 0, since I've turned the phone back on the 'Home' button and 'Search' button no longer respond. The screen provides haptic feedback as if it is being pressed, but nothing happens.

I attempted a power cycle, battery reset, soft-reset and finally a hard reset. The problem was finally fixed after the hard-reset.

Since the soft and hard reset, the gps also cannot manually locate my position via weather/news widget.

Anyone have any idea why this happens?

also: after I wiped, and restarted, the nexus one auto-populated all of my apps back into the list without being backed up or moved to the SD card, all but skymaps and swype.

Thoughts, anyone?

This should correct itself.

Reinstall swype.

Heh thanks. I guess my question should be, why is Swype the only application that requires a re-install with any update/os update?
