Battery issues or something else?

So I go to turn on my N1 this morning and it kind of blinked at me and then ...nothing. It acted as if the battery was drained. This is weird because last night before I went to sleep it was charged 98% and I made a point of shutting down the GPS leaving the essentials operating. So when I get to the office, I plug it in to the wall charger and nothing, no orange light, can't turn it on, zippy, nada. So I take the battery out and put it back in and I hit the power button again and it sputters to the startup screen and then eventually the lock screen. The battery says it has 67% , so what now? Has this hiccup happened to any of you before, should I be concerned?
Thanks in advance.

It could of been a glitch with your battery or a program that was running caused it.

The Fact that even though the it was 98%, it went down to 67%; so something caused this.

Try and monitor what programs you have running at night... with a process of elimination, if it happens again, you can pin point a software or even the battery as being the issue.
