Phone is very hot

I recently bought the case-mate tough case for my Nexus one and I noticed it started to get really hot after putting the case on. It has reached up to 110F. i dont know if that is very hot but it feels like it. Has anyone else had problems with cases like this?

yea mine gets that hot if i have it plugged in and while im playing with it at the same time.
So i tend to stay away from doing that.

I've reached those temps as well. I just stop playing with it when it gets that warm.

My phone doesn't get hot on 2.2 while charging or browsing the web

Used the phone without a case for a day and it hasn't gotten hot at all.

Yeah gets hot if you max the processor and have it charging.

The case probably insulates it even more. Bad design by the 3rd party
