Organizing Contact Names

A few of my contacts are listed with "last name, first name" while most of them are "first name last name" I cannot find a way to change the way the contacts app files contacts. I'd like them all sorted by first name. How do I change the ones that are filed by last name?

The contact app stores the names on how they are entered and saved.

You will have to enter / save 'first name > last name' to change the way it's sorted.
