Answers about Bluetooth

I was told that voice dialing does not work with Bluetooth headsets. My question has that been fixed, or is there some type of workaround. The second question is there visual voicemail on T-Mobile.

Late response and you probably have your answers, but:

2.2 will add bluetooth voice dialing and TMO is suppose to have visual voicemail.
