I am having the same problem. Just got a new SDHC card with 16Gb class 6 and first off all it won't stay mounted as the phone suggests and then the computer can't find it. Instead I get a message " Please insert a disk..."

Looks like this thread has gone dead but would appreciate a solution...
I have a win7 32bit laptop and am connecting n1 to it. I see the removable drive but cannot access the SD card. clicking on the drive reports "Insert a disk in drive E:". I tried updating the disk drivers, and sometimes I will be able to access the SD card for a second or so and then would loose it... Any suggestions? Borg |

i just got a new card and it was working fine then one time when i connected and the menu popped up instead of open folder i clicked on use this for back up or something so i hit cancel real quick and then my comp would not recognize my card for some reason. i unchecked the USB debugging option and then tried again and it worked. i dunno it could work for u guys too.

This turned out to be a combination of problems for me. Final solution after making sure the correct drivers were installed, etc., was to choose a different USB port. Go figure :-)

Hi all,
I was also having this problem, where my phone will be connected for some time then get disconnected and was not able to transfer any data... Then i noticed i was not using my Original USB cable which came with the phone, when i connected the original cable it started working fine.,... TIll date i dont having any problems... It might be the same issue for you, try changing the USB cable and use it... |
