Is your settings for email account correct... i.e was it working before or has never worked?

You will have to use a market app to properly achieve this...

Look for K9 mail, this should do what you want!!

I tried this and pleased that it worked until it started downloading all of my email from my yahoo account that was already there (I thought it would just start from when I set it up). After 20 minutes and 3 months of email later, I finally stopped the madness and un-linked them. Anyone know how to like them up but not have them pull all old emails from yahoo?
