Nexus One streaky screen issue - Please post here if you got it

In the web browser or gmail app, etc. where there is basic black text on a white background there are noticeable streaks to the right of the text on the screen:

The same text in landscape mode there are no streaks.

Backlight is set to auto or very dim will make it show the most.

Can any Nexus One users confirm or deny?

Google has a 14 day return policy without any restocking fee's. Shoot the store email and see what they can do for you. Good luck!

I see it on my screen buy its nothing to get worried about. There is a 1 year warranty and that warranty is through HTC. They will just send you a new phone and all you do is send the defective phone back in that same box.

I just figured out what it is. If you take the auto brightness off and pump the brightness up not only will you appreciate the colors pop out at you buy you also loose the "streaking"

Can u post pics? If you and me are the only ones that have it -- that's a defect right? Unless it's some "effect" of an OLED screen but that can't be true.
