Im trying to download some apps and it says "starting download" its been over 6 hrs ....help!!

I have the same problem. It's just stuck on "Starting download".
I'm using wifi and it don't work. I've tried clearing cache, turning it on/off and I even uninstalled market updates so I could start fresh. No luck. I just wish I could use my pc to install apps. Just hoping. Any suggestions? |

I'd suggest clearing the Market cache.
Settings > Applications > Manage applications > All. Pick "Market" from the list of apps. Press "Clear Cache". Hopefully that helps! |

Try turning it off, removing the battery for a few minutes, then put the battery back in and turn it on.

Thanks for the quick response but clearing the cache and taking the battery of did not work.
I've read a thread on nexus one help forum and they say I need to sign into google talk to be authenticated and enabled to download apps. But when I try to open google talk it gets stuck on "Signing in..." Is kind of the same problem. Maybe signing to google talk can help some one else. |
