Well for the time being it's fine. It'll stop my apps from eatting my data (which I expect is the ads in the apps). However, at the end of the day I want to determine which app is actually doing the eatting and either replace it with something else, or do something.

I have 50mb and by no means is that a lot, but it's enough for me. However when an app helps itself to roughly 1mb per day, over a 30 day period, that only leaves 20mb for my enjoyment. There is no way in hell I'm paying to get half of what I'm entitled to.

I gotta figure this out.

p.s. my problem isn't excessive data sent, rather it's excessive data received.

You might also look into the widgets you may have loaded on your home pages. (just an idea that popped into my head reading your last comment)
