I just sent mine in for a replacement because I started to get dust under the screen after 2 weeks, even though it has never seen the inside of my pocket,only the pouch. Thank God HTC said I will get a new one and not a refurb. I love my Nexus One but I cannot send a 5 megapixel photo, only 2 or 3. Also today before I mailed out my phone the touch screen started acting wonky! I repeat, I LOVE THE NEXUS ONE...but if this keeps up I may sell the new one on eBay when it comes (If it has issues) and I may wait for the HD2 in March. I really hate WinMO but sense seems to fix most of the issues plus there is still a chance it will upgrade to WinMO 7. Not to mention all of the shells like SPB and others you can use. Only time will tell, I really want the Nexus to be great!

Hi, Im new to this forum. I was browsing through and saw this thread. I wanted to give some insight.

I dont think this is a N1 specific problem. Im pretty sure its an issue with android. I had the same problem with my G1 which i had since launch. I also have a friend who has a Droid that has the same issue.

I guess its just a bug in the OS there currently isnt a resolution for.

I am having this issue as well. Its completely random and happens even when the phone is reporting 2-4 bars of signal on 3G or otherwise. Its strange because the text errors out immediately. When I try to send a text when I have no signal at all, it will at least give me the message saying it will be sent when I have signal.

Has anyone found a fix to this sms not sending msgs thing. Can anyone confirm whether or not a new unit fixes this??
