Video files don't play. and stop at first screen.
How can I fix it?

I think this guide could help you a lot, you can just download the program, then import your videos to video converter, select the ouput format like MP4 (h.264, aac encoded), then click convert, after conversion, just transfer the converted MP4 files to your Nexus One.

I did...

1. Make a video file w/ nexus one supported video formats.
(Just open cam, shift key for video, then make it.)
2. this video files was working.... I used "video player" by jeff hamilton(free apl.)
3. Recently, I install several apls. and remove.
4. I don't convert files form outside.
5. video file name : video-DATE-TIME.3gp
6. Send this file to my gmail account, download it.
This video file is running in my PC.

I think, I have to replace some files... in nexus one. but where?

I have a same problem. Video is not moving, I see only first screen.
It may be a problem with codecs or some basic player.
I have this issue with every player I try include youtube application.

I had the same issue. Restarted my phone and video plays OK now.
