Internet/Data only works when I am on a call
Hello,
I have a Nexus One and am on an AT&T plan. The phone has worked fine until yesterday when my data stopped working. I can not access any apps that need the internet to work or update. I can still make calls and text message. Three things I have figured out on my own: 1. It only does this at my house and about a surrounding 1 mile radius. Works normally everywhere else. 2. If I am on a call the phone works fine with full data connectivity. As soon as I hang up it goes away again. 3. AT&T worked on it for a while and said it wasn't a problem on their side and to contact HTC. I figured I would start here. Any ideas on what could be the problem? Thanks in advance!! |

If it works in other places, it's obviously not your phone.
I would say it's on AT&T's end, despite what they say...

Yeah, I'm with danger on this one. The one mile radius kinda suggests a tower being out, if you ask me.
And welcome to our community, u2fanatic. I had the pleasure of meeting Bono once in a store I worked at. Chatted with him for about an hour....very cool guy!
