Common volume button problem??

So I'm not saying this is a issue exactly, but this has been this way since receiving the phone and since then I've seen multiple people note the button being wonky on their nexus.

The top of the volume slider mades a audible and tactile clicky feel when pressed. But the bottom of the volume bar, DOES NOT do this. In fact its kinda harder to press. Its nothing big to me, but I'm curious if its supposed to be like this? One side not clicking is confusing me! My warranty isn't up for another week so ima return it for a replacement if nessacary.

I see no problem here.. both are clicking, UP a bit more but i can hear and feel DOWN too
