Galaxy Nexus Full Specs Revealed!

The folks over at BGR just released a full spec list (which they say comes from a trusted source) for the much-anticipated Galaxy Nexus:
  • Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich
  • 9mm thin
  • 4.65-inch 1280 x 720-pixel Super AMOLED HD with curved glass
  • TI OMAP 4460 dual-core Cortex A9 processor clocked at 1.2GHz
  • 1GB of RAM
  • 32GB of built-in storage
  • 5-megapixel camera on the back, 1.3-megapixel in the front
  • 1080p HD video capture support
  • LTE/HSPA depending on carrier
  • Wi-Fi a/b/g/n
  • NFC
  • 1,750 mAh battery
The biggest news? This will be a pure Google experience phone!! It's also still being reported that this will be a Verizon Wireless exclusive. Next Tuesday's announcement should confirm a lot of what's been speculated, but this is looking really, really good!!

WOW

Hope that is all true--was hoping name to be Nexus Prime though

I assume LTE/HSPA is 4g. My son has my MyTouch4g and only sees HSPA--damn TMobile, want to see 4g--Dayton Oh area.

Would be nice to have 8mega pixel camera and maybe 2 on front

Screen specs are awesome, including size--maybe I can type better

Was hoping for 1.5ghz, although not sure most would see diff between the two

1gb internal and 32 built in awesome

This is close to a perfect phone IMHO

I'd maybe like to own one of these...if it weren't a Verizon exclusive.

Newer, "more correct(?)" specs from GSMarena:

EXCLUSIVE: We get the allegedly proper Nexus Prime specs - GSMArena.com news

I'm not liking the Verizon exclusivity, CDMA? That means I won't be able to use it here in Australia!! Hopefully its a "world phone" like the iphone then, cause I really want this to replace my N1

EDIT: Or will the different names mean it will be global in the end after all? Galaxy Nexus for Verizon, Nexus Prime for all!

CPU and RAM are really awesome, but I want a 8 megapixel camera on the back.

I suspect something pretty much like that. I'm also thinking that it may be sold without subsidies...full retail only, much like the N1 was. If it IS sold subsidized, I'd expect TouchWiz and locked bootloader to be part of the deal.

as long as everyone gets a piece of the action then I'm happy. Wouldn't want anyone to be left out just because of CDMS or GSM

That's really sad. Are they think it's not a good time in current? Or as just iPhone 4S released, ?
