Any way to force incoming SMS to google voice only?
I have a t-mobile account and I pay $.20 for each SMS. When I get a SMS to my GV number it also comes through the stock messaging app. Is there any way to only get the texts through GV?

yes..
go to your gv account in settings, at your mobile phone, click edit, and uncheck the forwarding service for SMS to your phone. |

@dixy2k. I've looked on my phone and on GV on the web and there is nothing in settings that indicate forwarding SMS to phone. The closest to this I see is under settings>phones>GV # forwards to "my cell #"

ok
here it is again, not from my memory this time. Settings (upper right corner) Voice Settings click EDIT under your Mobile ph number uncheck this one: Text Settings: Receive text messages on this phone (mobile phones only) |

You have to look at the settings in the Google voice app on your phone. Not the main settings. Make sure you have the latest GV app version.
