HC stands for High Capacity and all microSD-cards over 2GB (4GB ->) is micro-SDHC. I havn´t a N1 yet but it should work to run a 16GB micro-SDHC in your phone.

I pulled the standard SanDisk card and put in a 16GB SanDisk microSDHC card and it works great.... you really need the room if you are going to do music and video.
You can go up to 32GB.. if you can find/afford one.

Yep- it supports up to 32gb.
class 6 32gb aren't out quite yet, so I'd recommend this one: Newegg.com - Transcend 16GB Micro SDHC Flash Card with SD Adapter Model TS16GUSDHC6 - Flash Memory decent price, a bit above class-6 spec so it'd be great ![]() class 6 means 6mb/s read/write.. there 4gb that came with your n1 is a class 2. Basically means it would read photos quicker if you had lots, movies play more smoothly off SD cards, etc. ^_^ Good luck! |

Hello everyone,
I bought 32GB micros sdhc card for my Nexus One phone (with Android 2.1 no Froyo yet ) and it seems to work like charm. to back things up, I copied everything from 4GB microsd to my PC and copied the data to 32GB before inserting to Nexus One. As far a performance is concerned I don't see any difference so far. Is there any app/benchmarks to measure performance of sd card access? Cheers, |

Will any Micro SDHC card work, or does it need to be specific?
