Possible to set sounds for power-on and off?

Hey again all!

Just wondering if it is possible to set my N1 up so that when I power on or off the device I can have it play a specific audio file.

I have perfect on and off audio clips I would like to use but can't figure out if it is possible. It was possible on my old samsung phones, so I'm hoping it is on the N1. I can't find this answer anywhere though.
