Buying a Nexus one today outside of USA/UK

Hello forum,

I am considering buying an N1 but I currently live in Sweden, so my question is:

If I order the phone through some indirect way to Sweden today, if any, what features will I be missing out?

Maps? GPS? vioce/pic search? 3G?

Everyone gets the same phone (a US one).

Google Voice works, but you'll be using minutes to forward calls to the US so don't!

Voice recognition works but only in English and will have trouble with your accent (it doesn't work very well for English accents).

Maps is all online so you'll get maps of Sweden ok, but the turn by turn directions is US only.

3G should be fine, it works will all GSM frequencies except the ones in the US because Americans don't like international standards.

I got it within 6 hours, they have all the accessories and upgrades that you're looking for.

google voice doesn't work for me in UK. the voice navigation doesnt work to but apart from that its pretty similar. Oh yeah not to forget Pandora app only works in USA.

The major restriction is actually the app store, you don't get apps that only work in America, they just arent in the market. Having said that you will get some that Americans can't get too [theoretically].
