Looks like that web player uses flash player 10- meaning that at this time, the N1 cannot play it. However, there's going to be an update soon for flash 10.1 on the N1, so it will be able to play it soon.

If you can find a non-flash based internet radio station, you should be fine.

Until then, I recommend streaming last.fm or pandora via the apps on the market

Pandora and Last.FM are amazing. I really enjoy Pandora! Usually on a good day, it will give you all music you wanna hear!

being able to stream straight from sites will be awesome though!

Don't forget Slacker Radio, also available in the Market. To me, Slacker is the best radio app out there!

A search for "Slacker" on the market returns nothing relevant.. does it go by another name?

Ahh that's more of a last.fm clone than a radio..

Stream Furious and DroidLive are the best, IMO.

A Online Radio has also improved.

Unlike LastFM/Pandora/iMeem, Slacker is totally configurable with a bit of user-input. For example, if you love old Santana, but hate his recent pop hits, you can custimise your Santana channel and get that on Slacker.

This is precisely why I prefer Slacker to any of the other internet radio sites.
