i heard about that lol i can see some point about the customer service they should have released it to the cell companies to sell in stores but it is definetly not a failure

I am a lil' scared about Google cutting their losses with the N1 with both Sprint and Verizon blocking half of their U.S. customer base. I want this thing to be continued like Apple does with the iPhone coming out with a new version every year.

Not a great example I chose, I still think that the Nexus is a strong smartphone, as there is a lot of buzz about it. Should Google have made that marketing strategy (only selling through their web site) time will tell, I guess!!

Totally agree that it's a great device. Great look and feel, great features...
