Uhm, tell me if im wrong but im a newb atm but don't they share the same Android Market, so i would bet at least most of them do?

The droid is running Android v2.0 and the Nexus v2.1. Anything written for 2.0 should work fine on 2.1.

Another thing that might cause issues might be screen size or resolution....Swype works fine on the Droid but will install but not run on the Eris...
