Yes. Sometimes they work fine when just hitting right on the actual button but not every time. If you want it to work every time, just hit a little above. At first it was a little annoying but now I am used to it. Not a deal breaker though, I would buy the Nexus again.

ive had my n1 since day one and never had this issue. i think its very relative.

I noticed if I turn off the haptic feedback (small vibrations) the overall touch accuracy on the whole device is better.
