Empty Box

Hi guys, so I'm all excited cause on wednesday I worder my nexus one, and the shipping was really fast as I received it on friday....When i open up the box I get an empty Box! I get the official nexus one box but it's empty, got all the serial codes, IMEI and stuff but no phone.

so I call google and file a complaint and the guy tells me they will investigate and it can take up to 1 business week. I mean what's going on man. I'm so mad they charged my Credit Card, and I get an empty box. How are the internal controls working? didn't someone pre-intervention? has this happened to anyone before??

I'm so frustrated.!!!

You wouldn't be the first, no. Seems things seem to go missing in transit.

but if they actually send me another phone, will it go missing again? I mean they are using DHL to send me the phone

You'd have to be pretty unlucky for that to happen really.

hhmmm, well I hope I received my phone ! know how much time they take to "investigate" and finally send another phone? Sorry but I'm kind of mad since it wasn't like what It went missing was worth 5 dollars!

I've read on a number of different sites that this has been happening quite a bit, especially with the courier that you mentioned. I really don't know while Google continues to use this courier.

somebody else also had the exact same problem. you might wanna read what he did to get a new one

Was it delivered to Ontario, Canada? That's where they all seem to go missing with DHL. It's crazy! :\

yeah, started to post there, no shipping was to Puerto Rico, just guessing it probably has something to do with the DHL initial shipping facility.
