Just spotted this in the official Google Nexus One forum - if you need repairs on the superphone it looks like you call HTC

Just sent my Google Nexus One for Cracked Screen Repair to Dr. Cell Phone in Dallas, TX. They are charging a lot less than HTC. I had this phone for only a week. I am very upset HTC quoted approx over $200 to replace the screen

I'm interested to see what DRCellphone charges I just got a call from HTC service and I am being charged $115 to fix my broken screen. I've been waiting for insurance through Asurion to call me back for about 2 weeks now. HTC originally quoted me $240 but that was before they took a look at it.

Hopefully I'll have my phone back by the beginning of next week.

BTW HTC service & repair have been nothing short of great.

Was your LCD cracked or the outer screen?

the lcd the digitizer was fine.

I can see the crack in what I think is the lcd and the touch screen still works but the screen is slowly becoming unviewable. I checked with acouple of local repair shops in town and no one seems to carry the lcd, does anyone know where I can order the lcd at?
