Swype...

So, was interested in trying out swype. Seen all the download apks out their, and the thread about it on this forums. So I downloaded it and and went to try it, but when I go to write something like sliding my finger making a word, it just makes a beep noise and no words come up.

How do i get it to write words?? It just won't. Seems like everyone else who installed it, doesn't have this problem but me..

What a retarded app this is. On almost every demo I seen the person has to repeat so many times to get the desired word that it would have been faster to type.

I Couldn't disagree more, I can type (swipe) about three times faster using swype, plus I can still type with it.

I agree with you backmarker. I can swype faster than type and also it gets the words I am going for 99.9% of the time. Love it!!!

it is amazing, I love Swype. Now if they just add a mic button it would be perfect!

You can just get the .apk from XDA Developers..
