I'm new to Nexus One and am wondering if this would be the best way to transfer files from computer and cell and vice verse or are there other options? Sounds a little expensive!

Just use the micro USB that came w/ the N1.

Just use the micro USB that came w/ the N1.

Or use swiftp and a free ftp client and do it without the usb via your router
