will the n1 run programs that i currently have on my pc?

What do you mean exactly? The N1 runs the Android operating system, which is not the same as the Windows operating system. Therefor, there is no way to "transfer" apps from PC to phone. If you want a more in depth explanation of how that works I'm sure there are people smarter than me that can answer it but that's the gist of how it works.

thanks guys, yes it does help.....i have a program called quotewerks.....i know it was a longshot with the different os, but hey worth a try....it's an estimating program, that, if i could do from my phone would be crazy
