Nexus One Price Tag?

Well, hopefully just a few weeks before we start seeing the Nexus One in stores.. Let us know what you think the the price is going to be..

I've heard (fox news) as high as a thousand but I believe Google will lose money for a while to make it popular. $200-$300?

That's the price I'm hoping to see. If higher, it'll be too rich for my blood/wallet/checkbook/pocket....

Nexus One with AMOLED

They say Nexus One wont be under any carrier so I guess it won't be cheap eh?
Plus it's with android 2.1 and a 3.5" AMOLED screen and made by Google. Hmmm..
But rumors say that Google will be selling it directly online.

There have been rumors part of the phone will be subsidized via Google advertising pushed to the phone.

Just a rumor but it's entirely plausible.

You never know, they might blow it out at $99 just to gain market share.. This would be more then most of their products cost (FREE).. With the acquisition of Admob, the advertising alone could support it.

I think I'd actually be willing to pay quite a bit for this phone.
It just looks amazing!

I don't think Google would price it that high. If they decide to release an unlocked version, they will probably keep it affordable to get Droids in everyone's hands.

They stand to gain much more in the long run if they continue to have great success with this OS.
