how to clear cache from market

how to clear cache from market
Ok so i use to be able to clear it by going to settings then applications then manage applications but now for some odd reason it doesnt come up in there anymore so what the hell do i do now help!!!!!!!!!!!

In Applications, check the filter ... sometimes mine defaults to Downloaded only.
