My phone has been at this since 11:16pm last night. Seems like a lot should have happened in 15 or so hours. Is this normal?

yea it is,
DHL only shows the last location the package was regestered at, so if it was in East Midlands, NOW, it should be on its way, and the next message should say it is delivered.  i got mine the day after the message showed up

maximum time it will take is a week
depending weather or not you ordered on the weekend or not... 3-4 days minimum

Mine has been processed at 'London-heathrow, United Kingdom' at 09:06 this morning, chances of them delivering it today is pretty slim I guess? I presume the vans have already been sent out.

It could well be out for delivery just the tracking system hasn't updated.
'Out for Delivery' is the next step from being processed at the 'local' hub. |
