Come on DHL! First it went to the wrong depot, now it's in transit from London to Wilthire with a possible afternoon delivery on the cards. I have a funny feeling I might be driving out to collect this myself tomorrow...

Same here. Quite annoyed.
When delivery works it's great but when it goes wrong DHL can't seem to recover. There is still time but if it's anything like the last step then it will be waiting at Heathrow all day now and won't move again till next week. Wonder if there is any way to get some refund for these cock-ups? |
