Unlocking your Nexus One

Is there anyway to unlock the nexus one by just pressing the trackball and sliding it, instead of pressing the power button then sliding to unlock it??

Not at the moment, maybe something that may come up in a later OTA update.

There is an option in, eh, options,
to add a custom pattern, 3x3 dot grid, put in your pattern, and follow it again to unlock
