Android Market location rules

Hi,

I was thinking of buying the unlocked Nexus One when I come to the U.S. next week, and use it with a carrier here in Europe (Romania). However, I'm still not clear what will happen when I return to Romania. On my current HTC Magic, the paid apps are not showing up. Will this happen on the N1 as well when I return?

Also, what about navigation, or other apps; will the rules change once I get back? What about OS updates, are they going to be OTA? Or just manual?
