How to open the default music player?

Probably missing something obvious here, but how do you open the default music player? And is there a file browser built in too or do you have to use an app? All I can seem to do is view videos / photo's from Gallery.

This music player icon looks like a blue speaker. Tap on that.

In the upper section of the player, to the right of the album art, are three tabs. The top one looks like this:

That will take you to the audio file list, which can be displayed as icons or list.

Also if you want.. you can make a widget in one of your 5 screens (I have mine on the far left screen) of the default music player. If you have not played nothing it might say 'Selected playlist is empty'. Just tap on that and your music list come right up.

So many differ ways to bring up the default player.

...tap Music in your widget screen. To get to that you tap the group of squares at the bottom-middle of any of your screens. They are arranged in alphabetical order.
