LEDs at Top Left Corner?

LEDs at Top Left Corner?
Anyone know what the two purple colored circles are in the top left corner? They are very difficult to distinguish unless you look at them at the correct angle. I haven't seen them do anything, but they look like LEDs maybe?

Yep, they're the ambient light sensor and proximity sensor. It looked weird to me too when I first saw it.
