Question about phone replacement
So I will receive a replacement soon, but my 14-day return period expires today. The replacement will not be a brand new one, they said they will send me just a phone - no sdcard, no battery, no back cover. So my concern is that If I don't like the new phone can I return the phone for refund? It's not my fault that they are slow and I don't get the phone by today

As long as you can show that the delay was on their part, you should no have problem.
