What will Google announce at the Jan 5th press conf?

We all suspect that they will announce the Nexus One, but what else do you think they might announce at the event?

Or, what specific details, any guess or predictions?

I have heard the occasional whisper here and there that the actual price of the phone will be announced (meaning the $530/$180 pricing points are bogus). One can only hope.

Like jdd48, I also hope the pricing will change. I'm also hoping for an announcement of their future plans with Google Voice and gizmo. This will really be the industry shaker.

Worst case scenario???
They announce that they are at the final stages of building Skynet and will be flipping the switch at the opening of CES in Las Vegas on January 7th.
