Pink Track Ball

The track ball on my Nexus is pink. My boyfriend and other friends have the same phone and all of their track balls are white/clear. I am not sure if I just got a special phone or if there is a defect. Does anybody else have a different colored track ball?

Is it lit up pink/red? If you can't tell, then take it into a dark room.

I would guess its a notification or the red LED is stuck on.

It's not lit up. When I get a notification the track ball lights up white and then returns to dark pink.

That's not true at all. Does that mean if you got a obviously different trackball color on your phone that's blue it shouldn't "bother you too much" because you are a male? That's such a typical gender oriented thing to say.

It is definitely pink though.... but if it doesn't bother you, then you should be fine. It does make the phone unique!

IMO this makes the phone very unique, I would so keep this.

I am very happy to have such a unique phone. I am a female and I do happen to love pink. I would imagine that if I was a man and got a phone with a pink track ball I wouldn't be as happy, gender oriented or not.

I still can't believe though that I am the only person who got a Nexus with a different colored track ball....

Yeah must be a faulty (or unique

) trackball, not worth the time it would take to get repaired if your happy with it the way it is!

Hell if i knew i was the only one with a diff color ball i'd keep it to. Only way i'd send it back is if it was giving me trouble for some reason.
