Where to find parts for my HTC N1

Dear friends

Please help me. My N1 died technician guy told that some internal memory flash died. I tried to find this chip. So I decided to buy whole new motherboard.
Can you please advise maybe someone knows where to find something like this.

P.S. warranty expired 2 years ago.

Send it back to HTC. They'll charge you about $200 to fix it. Or you can try to find a motherboard (about $150) and do it yourself but the N1 is very difficult to open without breaking stuff and is very very tightly packed inside. Your second alternative is to buy a used N1 on craigslist or ebay. They run about the price of a new motherboard.
