Phone Keypad doesnt display contacts when typing

oops, you're right!

Just before reading this thread, I was frustrated with the similar problem on texting and (selectively) read this to be that prob. Anyway,
for the dialler I just use the search button, its only one tap and works for me. My freq call contacts are done with short cuts.

same problem here.. my old omnia has this feature but unfortunately nx1 doesnt..

so i have to go to contact to find my fren b4 calling them.. a little inconvenient

Strange thing to leave out of a phone.....

But I have all the people I call frequently on my favorites/starred list, so its only 2 taps to see them.

It is a bittttt more work to have to hit the phone button, hit the contacts, and scroll to find the number, but honestly it only takes 5 more seconds.
