If by "slim extended" you mean I would not need to use an alternate battery cover and I would extend battery lifetime, I would be interested (price and battery lifetime dependent, of course).

yes, It will fit the stock battery door, No new battery door is needed.

Very interested in the extended part, but I'll wait and see how "slim" you can get it. With this phone, a mm is a good percentage of increase in thickness.
