Those directions aren't quite all correct int he right order... Click out of that error message, go into the setting option on the left, under the Misc box on the bottom hit "Force https://...sources to be fetched..." and restart the app. A windows should come up for you to select and then download/install the items. Only after that will you have the USB driver for the N1.

I tried beautiful widgets but the weather wasn't as accurate

I switched from Symbian to Android on January 6 2010... ...then I sold my N1 to get the AT&T version but I'll wait for a qwerty solution from google or better with AT&T band support and got the Nokia E75... lol |

arop- whats the calendar app? Also the app showing a picture with your boyfriend/girlfriend? I would love to show my hubby on front screen.

Both of those come stock on the n1. That's the calendar and picture frame widget.
