Old Version APKs - I Want to go Back to a previous build of the App

There are a few apps which worked fine, and did what i wanted such as fancy widget version 2.0.3
Fancy Widget - Android app on AppBrain

After updating, it's got bloated (as it is a widget ... usable internal memory (196MB) is a constraint) with all sorts of Bells and Whistles (and skins)

Is there anywhere i can access and reload the older version of such apps?

I know i should have used AppMonster - Android app on AppBrain but i didn't!

So Now What?

Any suggestions/links/urls?

I've had a few times when I preferred earlier versions of an app over the updated one. Because of that, when I have an app I like, I make a backup with Astro before I do any updates. That way if I don't like the new changes, or feel it's too bloated, I can restore my earlier copy.

Thanks Maris... but what if I didn't use appmonster or astro or made any kind of backup personally?

Is there a public resource or repository of old builds?
