I would also be interested, as a pixel issue in a AMOLED touch screen; I thought was a hardware isssue not software.

tried Pixel Fixer and JScreenFix app to fix pixel errors

I've tried Pixel Fixer and JScreenFix app, they did not remove my pixel errors. Is there anyone who has positive experience?

Sounds like a dead pixel.

Only real way to fix that is to have it replaced by HTC.

Those pixel fixing apps are for when the screen renders pixels incorrectly. Not when there is actually a hardware error.
