It is a zip. ]ust download it from the link I provided to your pc and copy it to your sd card. Then thru rom manager choose install rom from sd card. Go to where you copied it to and choose it. You can backup first and don't wipe.

Where can I find the stock radio if I want to go back, or can I just go into recovery and go backwards to where I was before flash?

No, I haven't flashed it.
Flashing a radio can brick your phone. You gotta do as much research as you can. People have had various results with the korean radio. I think you should read the that thread then decide if you want to flash it or not.

Judeeg has flashed the korean radio. You may want to PM him.
